Very rough options

So we’ve been given a couple of the rough drafts of the possible shape of the new building and wanted to share these with you to get your opinions. These drafts were for the option 2 proposal which was shown on the night of the consultation. The main differences from Option 1 are the additional extension which will hopefully make the school self sufficient in that there is enough space for rental of offices coupled with enough community space.

The floor plan on the left hand side shows the rough sizing of the space.  Lots of office space to keep the place ticking over financially.

The image on the right hand side is one possible layout for the school.  These images were presented to the public consultation.  Please do bear in mind they are only possible outcomes and may change radically after the feasibility studies are completed.

The Image shows the idea of shaping the building to take advantage of both the views and the south facing aspect of the building.  Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to take a cup of tea in the sun looking out over the town.  Seems like a nice idea to us!
